Question: Does everyone use a laptop as their preferred writing tool?
I can't seem to sit still at our desktop and am really interested in some of the new light weight smart books or net books. That way I can be a mobile writer (in theory...).
Any thoughts?
I don't think i could function with a desktop anymore, its too solitary. i have an HP laptop with a 12 inch screen. Its small, but still big enough to work on. I think its one of the smallest screens you can have with a full keyboard which is key for me. I spend a lot of time on the computer while watching TV with Sean, I think if I had to go into another room to use the computer I wouldn't be on here as much (probably has pros and cons).
ReplyDeleteYep. I definitely need the full sized keyboard and noticed some of the netbooks don't have one. I think a 12 inch screen would be fine, I just don't want something really heavy. We have a loptop, but it's about 5 years old and just large, bulky, and slow! :)
ReplyDeleteI don't have a laptop but plan on getting one of the small netbooks this year. I think it would be a nice change to head to a coffee shop and spend a few hours writing.
